These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set forth a legally binding agreement between Arrivia Vacations India Private Limited (“Arrivia”) and each person who browses this site, shops for travel, and/or purchases products and services marketed herein, including the guests of the purchaser (Collectively referred to herein as “Purchaser”). By purchasing products and services through Arrivia, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Travel Provider Terms which are incorporated herein. Additionally, Purchaser agrees that it is Purchaser’s sole responsibility to inform any traveling companion(s), guests, or the users of any product or service purchased through Arrivia of the contents of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Travel Provider Terms
Purchases, benefits and transactions on this website are administered and fulfilled by Arrivia. Arrivia is a company incorporated under the Companies Act of 2013 with company number U63030DL2017FTC324871 and whose registered office is at Unit No- A 302 & 303, 3rd Floor, Eureka Tower, Mindspace, off. Travel, travel provider, and product and service information provided to Purchaser is based on information received from third party travel providers. While Arrivia makes reasonable efforts to ensure that this information is accurate and complete, Arrivia expressly disclaims liability for inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information
All products and services marketed herein are available for redemption or purchase for Arrivia Program participants only. All offers are based on availability and travel products are not guaranteed until confirmation is received from the travel provider or supplier directly through Arrivia.
Purchasers are required to be 21 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, relative, or guardian 25 years or older as part of the travel transaction. Some travel providers may have additional age related and/or physical restrictions. Please note the terms and conditions on the individual product or service description for more details.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Arrivia without prior notice. By purchasing products and services through Arrivia, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be bound by any posted revisions to these Terms and Conditions. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, the unenforceability will not affect the validity of any other provision.
Travel purchases, benefits and transactions from Arrivia may not be used for any commercial purpose, sold, bartered, or exchanged for any other consideration. Failure to adhere to this limitation will result in the termination of website access benefits, and the retention of all payments made by Purchaser up until such prohibited use is discovered by Arrivia.
All fees and charges are stated and payable in INR. All transactions will be governed by RBI guidelines.
The price or rate of products and services listed for each product or service is based on the terms and conditions of the actual product description within each individual transaction. Government fees, fuel surcharges, and taxes are additional, unless otherwise stated. Travel product prices or rates are based on space availability and subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply. Special prices or rates may not be applicable with other offers or promotions. All offers and upgrades are for selected dates and are subject to availability. Other restrictions may apply. All prices or rates and dates may not be available at time of booking. All information is subject to change without notice. In addition, all travel providers retain certain rights to increase fares and rates (including, without limitation, taxes, service charges, airport charges, and government fees), modify itineraries, change availability, and changes and/or discontinue promotions and/or special offers, at any time for any reason. Any increase in price or rate imposed by the travel provider will be passed on to Purchaser, and Purchaser agrees to such increase, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the individual transaction. Processing Fees may be charged and are subject to change, from time to time, at the sole discretion of Arrivia.
In the event of a cancellation, submit the cancellation by providing a written notice to: cancellations@ourvacationcentre.in . All booking cancellations must be received by Arrivia in conformance with our Terms and Conditions and with suppliers terms and conditions, cancellation policies and procedures. All booking cancellations are subject to any suppliers cancellation fees and any additional fees. Apart from the cancellation fees of the supplier, Arrivia may charge an additional cancellation fee of INR 1000 per booking.
Arrivia does not assume any liability or responsibility, without limitation for, damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property on any Cruise, RESORT/HOTEL or on any aircraft/ship in transit to and from Cruise, or RESORT/HOTEL, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, Oil Spills, mechanical breakdown, strikes, civil unrest, Terrorism (or Threat of Terrorism) or acts of God. Arrivia SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND DO NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, DELAY, DEATH OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM OR AS A RESULT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS AND/OR REPRESENTATIONS (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN) OF THE TRAVEL PROVIDERS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. Arrivia’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR AS A RESULT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS AND/OR REPRESENTATIONS (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN) OF Arrivia WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY PURCHASER TO Arrivia FOR THE TRAVEL PURCHASE. IN NO EVENT WILL Arrivia BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LIQUIDATED, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, MORAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SAME. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY TO Arrivia’ AFFILIATED COMPANIES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND AGENTS OF Arrivia.
These Terms and Conditions and the website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Mumbai, IN. Any action at law or in equity by a Purchaser or a Purchaser’s guest, whether using any product or service or traveling with the Purchaser or traveling under a Booking Confirmation/Travel Receipt, to seek any remedy against Arrivia or its associated entities, designees, or contractors must be submitted must be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai. In the event a Purchaser or Purchaser’s guest initiates an action at law or in equity and Arrivia prevails, that Purchaser or Purchaser’s guest shall pay all costs incurred by Arrivia in defending such action, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, paralegal fees and court costs.
PURCHASER AND Arrivia AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION, IN COURT, OR OTHERWISE, WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND THAT NEITHER PURCHASER OR Arrivia WILL SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, A REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, A COLLECTIVE ACTION, A PRIVATE ATTORNEY-GENERAL ACTION, OR IN ANY PROCEEDING IN WHICH PURCHASER OR Arrivia ACTS OR PROPOSES TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. PURCHASER AND Arrivia FURTHER AGREE THAT NO ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING WILL BE JOINED, CONSOLIDATED, OR COMBINED WITH ANOTHER ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF PURCHASER AND Arrivia AND ALL PARTIES TO ANY SUCH ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING. IF THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER (WHICH INCLUDES A WAIVER OF PRIVATE ATTORNEY-GENERAL ACTIONS) HEREIN IS FOUND TO BE ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE AS TO ALL OR SOME PARTS OF A DISPUTE, WHETHER BY JUDICIAL, LEGISLATIVE, OR OTHER ACTION, THEN THIS SECTION WILL NOT APPLY TO THOSE PARTS. INSTEAD, THOSE PARTS OF THE DISPUTE WILL BE SEVERED AND PROCEED IN A COURT OF LAW, WITH THE REMAINING PARTS PROCEEDING IN ARBITRATION.
Maharaja Points are only earned at a rate of 5 Points per ₹100 on the cruise fare only. Port expenses, government taxes, gratuities, onboard spend, and shore excursion costs are excluded from earning Maharaja Points. The first and last name entered on the booking of the lead passenger must match that of the Maharaja Club ID for points to be credited. Only one Maharaja Club member per booking will earn Maharaja Points. When booking, Maharaja Club members must use the email ID and mobile number registered with your Maharaja Club account. This is mandatory to earn Maharaja Points. Bookings made using other credentials will be deemed invalid for earning Maharaja Points. Providing 9-digit Maharaja Club ID is mandatory to earn points and must be provided to the reservations team at the time of enquiry & booking. Earned Maharaja Points will be credited to your Maharaja Club account approximately within 30 days of the successful completion of your cruise. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions. In case of any issues regarding awarding Maharaja Points for a cruise booking, members are requested to contact enquiries@maharajaclubicruise.com. Please note that the offer is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Air India and Maharaja Club powered by iCruise retain the right to make the final decision. Maharaja Club terms and conditions will prevail for the process of crediting Maharaja Points. Air India operates independently from Maharaja Club powered iCruise. Maharaja Club powered by iCruise retains the authority to communicate with you regarding bookings made through its program. Air India has no authority over Maharaja Club powered by iCruise and cannot mandate your booking decisions. Additionally, Air India will not be involved in any bookings made through Maharaja Club powered by iCruise.
